Yes it does because every company out there is hiring, so if classes are not being filled then it’s time to sweeten the deal. They need to make it way more attractive than the Majors. Giving away the A Plan will surely push away some potential candidates. I don’t know about you but that was the most attractive thing about FedEx in my view.
