Unused Vacation

Does anyone know when unused vacation is paid out? Due to some scheduling issues I was unable to use 35 hours of vacation in August. I still have not been paid for those 35 hours. The contract states: "A pilot who has a positive balance in his vacation bank after his last vacation period of the year shall be paid for those credit hours prior to the end of the year..." For anyone who has had a positive vacation balance, were you paid for those unused hours in the last paycheck of the year (DEC 15th-30th) or was it paid to you sooner than that? I've never had this situation occur so if anyone has experienced a similar situation I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

It is a separate check paid on 31 Dec. If you check on the adp website it is already posted.

Not a separate check for me. Included on my regular 31 Dec pay stub.
