Someone mentioned earlier that docile pilots are preferred. At Delta, they sort of negotiated themselves into the hiring process. Their new contract required them to hire a certain percentage of ALPA pilots. Maybe that’s an idea to think about?

OBTW - Only a SNAP would redefine what a SNAP is or is not, and only lawyers/HR types would think that interviewing SNAPs in large quantities would be a good thing. The term SNAP has nothing do with being either military or civilian. We had plenty of SNAPs in the military, we just "mentored" them into letting go of the "it's not my job" mentality. At times we even resorted to Microaggression.
All you SNAPs are doing in this thread is creating a divide in our pilot group between all the great folks we have from both military and civilian backgrounds.
But keep on lobbing your "group think grenades" from your "safe spaces" and create divides between our civilian and military pilots. Most of us previous military types having nothing but respect for those who came here from the civilian route. I wish the SNAPs could see what's really going on here. Who knows, it could be HR/Management APC Lurkers throwing some of those PC grenades attempting to divide us.

Every time you post, it's becoming clearer and clearer why you fly with so many slam-clickers...

If you're gonna quote me, then quote the entire sentence. You can pick and choose whatever you want from my posts and twist it's meaning all you want.
Getting the truth out about our hiring practices will hopefully result in some positive changes. The point of this entire thread was to focus on FedEx interview screening and how there is NO PILOT involvement in that process. That may result in some bias towards both Civilian and Military pilots with a solid background who happen to know folks here and receive 1 or more PEs. You SNAPS want to continue to make this a military vs Civilian thing.
