I believe when you registered there was an option to select if you were interested in a standby or alternate position. If you selected yes, you may still here back from them on March 26th as everyone who received an email yesterday has until the 23rd to confirm they are coming.

I submitted quite a bit after it opened and from my phone and got the invite. I think it’s more than just first come first serve but I’m perhaps less qualified than others?
121 LCA /DLCA
1000+ tpic
7000 + total
4 year degree
It seems people that go get a invite within a year in general?

Is it possible that some me who did not received the invite.....something in their application caused them not to be qualified anymore....expired 1st Class medical, availability date in the past, etc....

I don’t know. Maybe it’s a process to select best qualified who are ready to interview. Have someone who attends the career day ask those questions.

Not sure if quals are playing into it. The friend who I reminded after I submitted (and he got the invite, not me) has less time than me, available after me, and not all the box checked that I do, i.e. CFI... So throw that into your enigma machine.
