I think this speaks volumes about you. What a shining example of leadership...good thing you filed a complaint on the pilot. As you stand around bullsh!tting about you and your escapades on the layover, you see the 4th member of your crew and rather than bring them into the group and include them or form a team you stand there making cracks at her hair cut. Way to take care of your crew. Way to go mentoring and looking out for others.
I see you had no complaints on their performance on the flight deck.
I try not to judge others but you come across a a class a prick.

Diversity of any shape or form seems to be scary.

So your other stories are kind of funny and demonstrate the snowflake mentality (if they happened as stated), but this one? The issue seems like you didn't like her haircut, her jacket, and the fact that she wasn't chatting with you three old guys?
Who's the snowflake here? Sounds like you.

Pretty sure no one would file a complaint about someone standing too far away from them at the front desk.

You are missing the bigger picture here...
Everyone whines and complains about a lack of interest in aviation these days. But social media, go-pros, Instagram, YouTube, FB, cockpit selfies, etc are all helping to renew an interest in aviation.
20 years ago the only way to know exactly what went on in a cockpit was to actually ride in one. Now there are thousands of youtube videos of pilots flying all types of aircraft.
This is huge for the industry because it allows people who were previously unable to experience it to now be able to experience it. Many will attempt to make a career in aviation because of easy access to see what a pilot actually does.
Yes I know that many of my fellow millenials are snowflakes, but don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

I understood that filing the complaint was a joke. But I wasn't so sure what the point was about the bad haircut, jacket, and standing too far away. Was that a joke or a complaint? The way you wrote it, it sounded like a complaint. Probably would have been best to put a at the end of it, because it wasn't apparent that you were trying to be funny.

Many of which were filmed in direct violation of FARs or other country Regs and company policy.

I recently heard a new hire struggle to figure out the cockpit prep flow. A hand-out had been given which showed the flow. The handout was on paper, an older composite material made from damaged fauna, which uses ink (a colored medium which stains the flattened wooden fiber sheets); this handout showed the flows step by step.
The new hire complained bitterly that this wasn't fair, that the company owed him a cockpit procedures trainer that lit up in steps to show him where his hand should go, one item at a time.
I heard a lot of millenial-style whining, the complete picture of which stopped just shy of "please take this ground school for me and notify me when it's done."
"I hear we actually have to go outside the airplane and walk around it. What's up with that?"
"We don't fly anywhere dangerous, do we?"
"This isn't fair. The autopilot didn't engage when I told it to."
"But on the RJ we had...[fill in the blank].
"Can I take my surfboard on trips?"
"The simulator works just like xbox."

Maybe then will young FO’s start to feel welcome at the company they’ve spent their whole life trying to get hired at.
Oh, and stop calling it at “jet.” It’s OK to go with the release just on the iPad, you don’t need all that paper anyway. Lay off the popcorn, those simple carbs are bad for you. Fox News is fake news and not everyone cares about your guns and Sean Hannity infatuation.
