You are responsible for all foreign taxes, but also preserve your foreign tax exemption. Some of our pilots have chosen to live in Taiwan or Thailand and have made it work for them. I won't comment on whether its a net plus or minus for them financially as I don't know, but they all seem to enjoy living where they want and they make it work for their families.
