This BS with IT issues has stopped being amusing, if it ever was. Don't know for how long or how many affected, but we need, Fedex needs, us to have more than a casual connect with the system. I'm just glad I'm not somewhere on CO business and really need to access something important today.

there is a revision in the works, and ITSG (IT Standardization Group) is working closely with ITS (IT Safety) to insure that the ITFWG (IT Fleet Working Group) is coming up with a robust solution to mitigate the ongoing interface with the ITCCIT (IT Cubicle Commando Input Team). We should see a resolution to this issue before the next revision that is being currently worked by IT Management.
