So.. What did they say about Lay Flat seats? What about A380 rates? What about and hard and soft parameters, city purity, the optimizer? The list goes on..

Seriously, you can’t be than naive and trusting

It ain’t about what they say they will negotiate; it’s about the loopholes in the final language or the classic “we will fix that in the next contract”

Go back and re-read what I wrote. Nowhere did I say anything about anything other than to specify what the negotiating chair said. But thanks for the insult.

Roger that! I did not intend it to be insulting, my bad.

Let me clarify, I believe the negotiating committe and MEC, believe in their power of negotiating. I believe the Company is smarter and the language will never be what we think it will be. And the final results will never be what we, they think it means and in turn, just gave away our “near” guarantee. I would like research into other (proven) solutions.

What I meant to say is, not even the negotiating committee believe that statement from the chairman

I’m a newbie, and a solid NO vote. I don’t want my A plan touched!

From the Union:

"We are disappointed to report that FedEx management has advised us that they are unable to further evaluate the Pilot's Stabilized Pension Plan (PSPP). They cited current economic conditions. We take issue with that rationale."

There are 3 more paragraphs that you can read in the email.

We keep our A-Fund!....for now.

The union message sounds like everyone was onboard with this POS VBPlan SMH. These guys are delusional
