MEM sleep room policy

Marriott Courtyard MEM Airport ($84 crew rate) will come straight to AOC and pick you up (5min drive). Call them on the bus from the airplane and they'll probably be pulling up when you exit security. They'll drop you back off the next afternoon. Bypass the Democrat lot altogether.

I think you're correct. I don't do many afternoon departures. If I actually have to commute to MEM, I usually arrive around 1500-1700 and leave about 12 hours later so the 24 hour thing isn't necessary.
Although now that I think about it, a PM departure would work without the 24 hour thing too, wouldn't it? Check in around 2300, maybe ask for a 1200-1300 check out and go to ops a bit early for check-in, but it would be reasonable.
