AA vs FedEx
Which would be the better 30 year career if someone were to start tomorrow? They are both great companies of course, with their own pros and cons...can anyone with experience flying at one or both chime in?

Live in domicile and decide which one is a better fit. If you want fly international, it's a wash. If you want to fly domestic or have kids, AA. Night flying and circadian swinging will get old. Good luck and hopefully you will be able to choose.

Use the search feature, this question has been answered many times over. Also, spend 30 min reading the threads over on the AA side, it’ll give you an idea of the culture and battles you’ll be facing for the next 30 years.
