AVA-Peak 2018
Just a reminder that AVA is turned on for all seats for every trip (flight and HSBY) starting after 22 November.
And that it must be approved regardless of the reserve manning model.
So, you can compete for an earlier time stamp at normal pay or 150%

Just remember, AVA isn't available for the first 48 hours of open time and the trip must be within 7 days of the request. Hopefully people will show some restraint and leave the trips in open time until they can pick them up at AVA.

Go luck with that one, these guys have so much makeup, they rush to pick up even the crappiest trip out there.

That's no kidding. After sitting on reserve and looking at some of these trips that drop in I think to myself "well, I guess I'm going to X...I wouldn't take that trip at draft." Then, sure as **** someone picks it up.
