Is the message that our Union shouldn’t file a grievance when the company violates the CBA?

After all, if filing grievances means our Unions leadership is a bunch of sell outs...doesn’t that mean Not Filing Grievances mean we’re FedEx Strong?

One of my sponsors from the 90’s was adamant NO guy. He predicted down to a T what would happen. The company holds all the cards as they are showing right now.
