After all, if filing grievances means our Unions leadership is a bunch of sell outs...doesn’t that mean Not Filing Grievances mean we’re FedEx Strong?

Yep, denied AVA “due to sufficient reserves”... called contract enforcement and they agreed CRS shouldn’t have done that... maybe in six months the company will get it corrected. Wonder how many people CRS has done this with, who either don’t know what was grieved last year, or believe everything CRS says, and are working at 2/3 pay.
