Unless I've overlooked it, the website appears to force you to select an "end" date for both your current employer and your current residence.

Interestingly, in the employment history section, there is a box you can check that designates your current employer as your "current" employer, but the website still forces you to choose an end date of your current employer AND it only allows you to select the present date.

The residence history doesn't have the option to check "current" for your current residence, yet it also forces you to select an end date to your current residence.

Quite odd.

How does this part of the process work?
Do you have a once every 10yr PE from an active FedEx pilot? They will know how to submit your PE, but that’s the only endorsement FedEx accepts at this time. I believe he or she can input the PE under Insite Report under Fleet Operations-Management. Hope that helps.

Yes, one of my former colleagues is an active FedEx pilot. I've reached out to him with hopes that he'll endorse me.
Thanks for the insightful and helpful information.
Cheers!

I suggest everyone check their timeline dates and see if they're also off by a month.
Have you figured out how to get it to stay on the correct dates? I change the page to education, update that, then go right back to the employment section and have to go through each on all over again.

From the FAQs email they sent out (check spam folder). It looks like you can’t change the page until you knock out 10yrs of data at once.

Residence and Employment History:
You must enter 10 years of residence history and employment history in chronological order, starting with current residence and current employer. Until at least 10 years of history is entered, the app will not allow you to ‘Save & Continue”.

Has anyone gotten an interview invite with credentials entered via the new application website?

I don't think anyone has been able to successfully submit a completed application, hahaha.

Has anyone been able to change their selected resume? I uploaded a new one, selected "upload" from the Select from Previous Resumes page & hit save, but my original resume is still the one listed on the resume page. Any pointers?

What’s competitive times these days for a civilian to get an interview? Are they trending down at all yet?
