I am forced to put May 1, 2016 for some reason.

When does your next employment start? If you didn't start your next job until 5/2016, then you need to add a new entry that shows you were unemployed from 12/2015 to 5/2016. You might have to start over to add the unemployed period, as I'm unsure if you have to input them in chronological order. It looks to me like the system will not let you have any gaps in your employment history. It won't let you have any gaps in the residence history either. I'm not sure what you do if you moved out of one job or residence on the 31st of one month and started another on the first of the next month.

I’ve had no success with resumes. I can upload but then I cannot open it from the site, I get an ‘access denied’ message and a blank screen. I also cannot select from the resumes uploaded which one I want to be active.

The good news is hiring another 400-500 next year. Just need to get past the new application hurdle.

I feel your pain, I am also having issues with how the resume looks after I uploaded it. It cutout some of the right margin so it broke up my flight time numbers and made it two pages.

Save your resume as .pdf, then upload that way.

Thank you I really appreciate it, that makes sense, I will give it a try.

Tried that with no luck. Also, in the career profile page under settings it has a button for "Unsubscribe" to email communications. Mine defaulted to what appears to be the ON position (positioned to the right), and below that shows "Freeze my stored data" with the button saying "Freeze". Is this correct? So confusing.

I didn't have any gaps.

I might just send my resume and printed application via FedEx, haha.

It seems like the only way to delete an entry near the top is to delete every single entry below. There is only one delete button and it is located on the oldest or last entry in your history.

Any ideas how to work around this?

I wonder if FedEx is planning on pulling any applications anytime soon? I can't imagine there is one applicant with a technically correct application at this point.

I'm having the same issue. It only lets me input months yet won't accept the months I put in..even though they're accurate. And because it won't accept it I can't even save the updated profile. Guess I won't be getting a call from them anytime soon.
