I can see them posting it by this Friday with Practice Bids the following two Fridays and the Final posting on the third Friday. This allows them to run a training bid for March before the monthly bidding for March at the beginning of Feb.
With that said, since it makes sense to me, I'm probably way off!!!

Well, so much much for my theory!
I guess they have to compress everything a couple of days to make it work for March. Right now my seat only has two guys from the 18-01 award eligible for March, so they are going to have to do something to avoid FO/FO new hire training.
