No, we make the pie, the mechanics, rampers, drivers, etc. make the pie. Management slices it and serves it based on what they decide or in our case, what they are required to under the CBA. As far as more pie, I think after every “record breaking” peak year after year, I’d say there is a lot more pie to be had, not just an fcif thanking us for “making it happen”...

F¥[K yeah brah. in my opinion we have far too many pilots rationalizing less pie, these self-descibed businesses partners with the company (please), content with 3 %, not that interested in quality of life (potential health issues and hospital stays and recovery), willing to give away work rules of which previous generations have bargained with hopes of something better, poor notes and contract language negating much better. Will we ever fight for significant improvements? Tony will fight. A lot of guys here with 2 cents won’t.

So Tony do you promise to vote against the proposed Stabilized Pension Plan even if you are the only member of the MEC to do so?

Finally...

This is the best explanation of why the current union reps and the MEC are taking all of us down the proverbial rabbit hole.

You have my vote, Tony. Maybe if he gets elected it will cause some of the other union representatives to re-evaluate their positions or face being replaced by others with the same sentiments as Tony C.

Time for the “Twelve Angry Men” to actually be heard and to clean house.

I am reticent to say "Never" because I don't like to eat my words. I cannot think of a scenario where I would vote for the Variable Benefit Plan regardless of how it is packaged or creatively renamed.

I will NEVER vote just to go along with the rest of the MEC. (If elected, of course,) I will only vote on behalf of the pilots I am elected to represent. My track record on that point is crystal clear.

Tony C.,

if elected will you work to increase your pilot groups ALPA-PAC contributions to a level worthy of a top leadership position at ALPA Nat'l?

Not really asking about your contribution... rather your pilot groups participation rate relative to others... it is below average... and disappointing that you have players in key positions spending other pilot groups money....

If elected will you get your pilot group to open up their wallets and get to a participation level equal to the top ?
