Yes, Indiana looks like a weird situation. They only protect teachers from marital status discrimination. I guess we can strike IN from the list for our purposes.

I’ve heard from a few, and searched to find that TX also prohibits discrimination based on familial status. I believe TX should be in the list and IN shouldn’t.

I would imagine that FedEx would be reluctant to pursue challenges to people not living in these protected states as now they are treating employees under different rules.
