They switched software (an “upgrade”) and what used to take 5 minutes now takes probably 15.
It seems to have gotten better in the last month, but when they first switched it was a 30-minute wait minimum.
They are as frustrated with it as we are.

No problems tonight - maybe 30 second wait time. Still seemed a little slow to process stuff on her end and she was very relieved to hear I wasn’t booking on SWA! Not sure what that’s about....

I called Sunday morning and got connected right away. I was canceling a ticket so the call was short. Of course I was canceling a ticket that didn't get canceled when I deviated. Could have found out how that new AA and UA policy was going to work.

This past Sat am, 0120-0150 on hold. Then 10 minutes to buy a basic home to domicile coach ticket. Lots of voices and activity in the background for a Sat am at o-dark-thirty. Are we time sharing our GT agents with other non-FedEx clients?
The times in the past where I’ve had a deadhead or deviation implode while on the other side of the planet, it would have sucked to add an extra half-hour to the process just to get someone to help me.
