Default MEM commuter hotels and GT?

This is been covered before but some of the stuff is out of date, wouldn't mind some recent info.

New commuter to MEM and wont have a crashpad or car,
hotels that let us check in/out at weird times? When you cant get home the same night, GT options? Seems like hanging out on democrat road at 1:30 waiting for an Uber isn't a good idea?

Thx!

The Airport Courtyard Marriott has a van that will come get you. $100 out the door, but they don’t do a 24hr rate. I have been lucky having a 1 or 2pm late checkout.

You're planning on staying at a hotel for the @3 month initial training foot print with no car?

He's not a new hire - just a new commuter.
