I have the exact same issue. My HOT and Crewpad app wouldn’t update so I deleted it thinking I’ll reinstall them. Now when I click install, it says processing and nothing happens. Been going on a year. New apps pushed by company installs just fine though.

Check the apple id you are using. If you are logged into itunes with a different id than the one you originally used to load the app, it won’t update. You have to update with the same id you used to load the app.

I've checked. Same apple ID I've always used for all my apps. Have never used any other ID for my apple ID. It's not even updating that's the issue, it's installing since I deleted it because it wouldn't update.

I had problems updating my apps. Called iPad support, spent over an hour in the phone. What happened was when I did a scheduled IOS update with Apple they downloaded a beta version without me knowing. They do this to test different things and you will not know it. Well it was not compatible with the company apps so they would not load. I could not tell because the iOS number was the same as normal version. If you already have the IOS you cannot reload it. So I had to zero out Ipad and start all over. To fix everything took me over two hours.

Yep, mine is the same problem. I get the updates for content locker and JeppFD-Pro etc but not Vector and other apps. I don’t use Vector so I’m not worried about it. Hopefully the next iOS update will fix it
