DOS raise of DALPA TA1 was 8%; not sure about annual raises.

Their TA2 was ratified something like 12-15 months later.

R-days vanish after VTO Process

Does anyone know what happens to the RDay blocks that are left from the SLG process that don't get assigned to anyone? Every month there are tons of Rdays that don't get assigned (I think 8 weeks worth last bid cycle). They seem to just vanish. Why are they not divided up and placed into VTO lines that were awarded PNP/GMU instead of a normal VTO value? That is a lot of pay that our pilots are being denied as I see it. Why are pilots not allowed to pick these up when Open Time is released like every other trip?
