David Caywood, but regrettably, he passed away several years ago. FedEx pilots probably made him a multi millionaire. Very good/tough lawyer. His son flies for us, I believe. Good luck.

Bingo! Even if you’ve had a consultation only and don’t use that attorney, your wife is conflicted out and can’t use that attorney.

I realize this was probably said in jest but it couldn't be further from the truth. The pendulum has swung back and you can get hosed IF you allowed yourself to. The key is putting together the correct team of professionals. Do you due diligence and do not accept past history. There is no reason to any more. Hence the reason I recommend Miles Mason so hghly.

Yeah it was, in hindsight I shouldn’t have said it. Was kinda rude. Hopefully OP comes out ok
