In my experience the biggest problem most single seaters have with V1 cuts is the interminable wait between "Gear up", and "Flaps up..."

Amazing that someone could be this far along in a career as a professional aviator and not understand that "airmanship" transcends, and is portable between, aircraft types.

I’ve been an instructor for what seems like a gazillion years. Gotta tell ya TiredSoul, from my experience as an instructor both aircraft and simulator, its always been a nonevent event training single engine to multi engine through training. Doesn’t make a difference be it single engine piston or turbine to multi engine turbine.

What’s the old adage??? Ah yes... now I remember... “Working foot working motor... dead foot... dead motor.”

Multi engine flying is multi engine flying... no difference be it piston or turbine. Its a combination of the delivery of instruction and the motivation of the studen to learn.
