I think you are miss understanding something. Our union got us 3 peaks in a row of guaranteed AVA regardless of reserve coverage. The company decided to pull out of the agreement (as either side could have). Do you have any idea how many 100’s of thousands that 3 years was worth? I’m not a union defender but at least blame the correct people. Without the union how much AVA do you think we would ever have? The company would just stack the reserve deck and not allow any trades. Problem solved.

Evidently you didn't understand the agreement.

The agreement was signed on December 18th, 2017. So most of peak for 2017 had passed before the agreement took effect. We did get to benefit for 2018, but that was all. The company backed out of the agreement in February 2019. So, we only got one full peak of the agreement. That is a far cry from 3 full peaks and definitely reduces your perceived 100's of thousands of worth. But hey, we gave away the R24 penalty lines in the 757 and got nothing for it because it was the right thing to do.

Stop with the facts please - let Nowork rant about how good we did instead of how we failed and gave something back for almost nothing once again

Wait, we gave away the R24 penalty lines?

I missed that little fact.

As I said before, we got schooled, again.

When will we learn?

We will not learn until we vote out our reps and send a clear message. This will not happen and bets that chuck "he got sued by 4 FedEx pilots" dyer will be sitting at the negotiation table.
