Agreed. Some people apparently have gone way overboard in their paranoia.

The volunteer mods here have no interest in bending the knee to the PRC government. Unlike many we have no economic interest which the communist party can leverage against us.
Steer clear of US red/blue partisan politics is all we ask.
But from my informed perspective, the PRC government simply cannot allow HK to spin out of control... that fire could spread and has the potential to be a very literal existential threat to the PRC regime. Keep that in mind if you're there, they don't want to appear draconian in the eyes of the global community but I'm almost certain they will if that's what it takes.

You know why I asked this thread to be deleted. I'm not asking anyone to give in or bow to anyone. These types of threads are causing problems for our crews ... especially on public forums in the FedEx category.

Google stargazing permit nys. No joke, you need a permit to look at stars. Had a captain and his wife almost get fined by a bandit in blue for bringing a telescope and not having one. Gave them a warning and 15 minutes to leave. Communists have definitely taken over and turned this into the USSA. Going to be a tough fight taking it back.

Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and of the economy which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe
