Default Bidding Question

Somebody must surely have an answer for me. I've got R-days that carryover into March. Can I bid a line with a trip that starts the day after my last R-day and not have that trip knocked out due to some R-day buffer? In other words, will they let me keep the trip that starts right after the R-day? I know in general, if I try to pick up a trip immediately after an R-day it gets denied for some duty buffer requirement. Any feedback greatly appreciated!

Have a look at 25.F.b.ii

”ii. An R-day conflicts with a subsequent assignment unless there are at least 12 hours between the end of the pilot’s R- day and the beginning of the scheduled assignment, and no legality problems are caused by the subsequent assignment (e .g ., 1-in-7) .”
