Everbridge NOQ
#1
Just passing on info don’t want to get into a 12 angry men discussion.
FYI if you answer positive to any of the everbridge questions (it is required per a Faa SAFO) there is a high probability you will involuntarily be put into NOQ status, after you return from your revenue producing trip of course. No recourse!, you get the full HWatt experience because you are deemed to have a serious illness. So if you have a cough, if it’s wet and snotty from pollen doesn’t matter you are “seriously ill” Lots of double talk from both sides of Union and company. Try finding a dr that will see a perfectly health person w zero symptoms other than they coughed 7 days ago because of pollen. . HWatt said they opened 65 cases for FedEx so far.
Asked where this policy was written and have got crickets. Good times.

I’m not sure what you mean by, “it is required per a Faa SAFO.” But I think SAFOs just provide recommended action and guidance. I don’t think anything in it is truly “mandatory.” Maybe I missed it, but I don’t see anywhere on the SAFO where they mandate answering questions? And in any case, can’t we just plea the fifth?

That’s exactly why I posted this, normally it’s just sarcastic stuff from me. I talked to union company pac and HWatt today all very busy I’m sure, but all have different answers. Not bad mouthing anyone just saying I got four different responses, it is an absolute PITA. But hey they appreciate what we are doing so there is that....
