We Should be getting 200%
 

We should be getting 200% for all our regular flying and 400% for extra flying. This is bs. We should also be getting transported via Fred’s corporate jet from our house to our first flight location. If we get anything less than this ALPA failed.

I also want 200$ extra a day for food plus a doubling of my pension immediately. I also want an immediate 18% DC plan with cash over cap and profit sharing. The company is making money and I want my “fair” cut of the pie NOW!!!

Well every buddy of mine on 777/MD are getting draft/AVA and even a couple guys on Facebook posting about draft/AVA they got in right seat of 75 and bus. A lot of guys doing a lot extra a straight pay also. All the flying plus the massive amount of extra pairings is getting covered StarClipper. Thats fact! Fred was quoted saying he was surprised we are covering the huge amounts of extra pairings.

What a fool you are. You have no idea what this profession has lost in terms of bankruptcy pay decay and inflation.

Go research what pilots used to make and then index that for inflation.

Until we are EXCEEDING that number, nobody here is making a killing.

BS ... I live in base. I have tried like hell to pickup something .. extra. I don't have a big Make Up bank. No extra flying here.

What IS happening is that they have every trip in OT frozen and are extending you in the field as they react to every new change. That has happened on every trip of mine since January. And no, that's not cool.

Ok I can partially agree with you on this. You are correct that the industry as a whole hasn't been able to get back to the early/mid 90’s pay rates. Lets hope for tailwinds in 2021 ohhhh darn that dang Corona thing and now all the pax airlines will be taking pay-cuts/furloughs most likely and not moving the bar much over the next 2-5 years. We are left to move the bar again I guess. Lets hope we can band together and say no to straight pay extra flying and the little bit of draft thats offered in short staff times. Im not holding my breath based on what our group is doing now.
