The term pension is miss used by some in our rank and file because they think if you change the formula you have "given up" your A plan.

You are just plane and simply wrong. As a guy who has more than 20 years left I want it either fixed or just give me a huge B plan and be done with it. I'm not going to vote for some plus up for a small group about to go out the door and not fix mine. We must fix it for all or let it go.
I believe you misused “Miss Used” which is the Female winner of Adult Film Star Awards as opposed to misused which is erroneously using a term like pension.

I beg to differ, it caused great issues for those of us who had to go from making normal BLG money to nearly HALF of what was realized before the cuts .................. Get rid of it, makes no sense at all, 4A2B
There was a disparity in the bid packs for sure, but I think you may be misremembering the high side. Maybe there were some individual pilots on some fleets picking up and taking draft for 120 CH, but no bidpack had lines worth 120CH published.

I'd like to keep 4.a.2.b. (4.a.2.c. now) with its protections in place to prevent happening what happened then with the disparity and the triggers required to even enter it.

Imagine the issues for those who would go from making normal BLG money to making 0 on furlough. I've been furloughed, it's not fun and I wouldn't wish it on anyone on our seniority list.

Agreed.

Unfortunately, and in some ways understandably, many can’t understand the pain of a furlough unless they’ve personally experienced it.

What did I post on the UAL thread that was a turd bomb. I simply posted about the negatives of a reduced line guarantee. It has been discussed at UA and DL. I simply posted the divisiveness it has created at FDX. Please tell me what was untrue or out of touch about my post. In fact I was thanked for giving perspective on it and how it worked out at FDX

I'm still waiting for a "how to" on getting OTP via carryover conflict. If you're going to suggest areas in need of improvement in our contract, you might gain some credibility if you actually appear to understand what you're talking about.

Do you have a CBA reference for how to get PMU with carry in conflict?

Ok, you meant PMU. My question still stands except substitute PMU. Now Suupafly wants to know too.
