What if a crew doesn’t come straight to HKG from ANC? What if the first stop is Narita and then the next day they pick up 4 to 6 jumpseaters who haven’t been tested. We just had a 777 FO finally get out of the hospital after seventeen days. The two jumpseaters she took out on arrival after her positive test were just released this past weekend after 14 days of government quarantine.
Oh look, it's Adlerdriver again, looking for a fight where there isn't one. Not sure what the intent of your post is. I don't disagree with anything you said there. I was merely trying to provide some experience and insight into possibly mitigating the pain if you end up being sent there like I was on reserve. So, from what I wrote, what exactly is it that you are taking issue with?

He is always looking for a fight. He will never be happy. The only way to completely stop the Hong Kong issues is to not layover (creating long duty days) and to close the base. Funny thing is most still don't want to leave. So if you close the base to stop the issues Adlerdriver and his group of Hong Kong crybabies would still scream and yell and complain. You will never please them all especially the “special” small group of complainers in HKG.

Yes they did. The layovers in the September bidpack will be revised per union communication that came out today.
