CBA Analysis stuff
Dirty, that was an excellent piece, supplied by the link ............... I believe EVERYONE knows what the issues are , it's just that you have to figure out a way to get the gang onboard and get a consensus, so that the energy for positive change is channeled in the proper direction ................ The past negotiations were frought with many agendas , and much divisive efforts. But being realistic, you cannot please everyone , as we have seen in the past negotiations. Everyone wants to claim UNITY but that is like being a RINO or DINO. There has to be a motivating factor to get most if not all of the group onboard and in agreement with what has to take place. I don't believe you can SURVEY the group randomly and arrive at this kind of result. Of course, the Company would rather torpedo the efforts and offer up much talk and cheap numbers , to placate the ones that are on the fence anyway. You guys have your work cut out , as always. I am gone now, and remember first hand the initial attempts to get a Union on the property back in 1994, it was ugly ugly, the Company vowed to destroy the efforts and turned many a worker against this Pilot group .............. Do not ever underestimate to what length the Company will go to destroy something they do not like

Bingo!!! How many are going to be able to pull away from the draft trough since the faucet has been wide open for 6 months and has no end in site. Historically for every person who says “no thanks” two are waiting to pounce. As the saying goes we have a lot who think of themselves as sub-contractors and couldn’t give two snits about “the group”. Let’s hope with all the new hires since 2015 we can change that sentiment.

You had no problem working draft and extra when you made $320+ your third year here as you liked to brag about. Aren't you one of those new hires since 2015? Such a hypocrite!!!

Wow! He’s constantly lecturing us about draft and he sounds like a big time offender when it’s available. He seems really ticked that it isn’t plentiful in his seat. Anyway, got to go fly my long draft trip!

Is reading hard for you? We are talking about draft during negotiations. My point is that historically most can’t turn it off. No one has a problem with draft outside of negotiations. I’m glad everyone is doing well currently. That’s what we work for. The Benjamins.

Get off your high horse about draft. You had no problem making $300k+ as a NB captain with 3 years on property and you bragged about it here on APC. Do the math. You don’t get that without working EXTRA. It is allowed. You can do it when it’s available in your seat. You just seem mad that it’s not abundant in your seat right now. Get over it. Sometimes you make $. Sometimes it’s the other guy. Not everybody got to upgrade at 3 years. Count yourself fortunate and quit being snarky and divisive.
