FedEx Pilot Survey
Is it just me or does it appear is though the union is trying to ask the questions in order to manipulate the data anyway they want? Egos, Egos, Egos. Of course their out will be that it is completely anonymous written by another company and they had nothing to do with it.

I did find it annoying that the “ranking” style questions change from most important at the bottom on one to most important on top for another.
Also not surprised at all that they had the opportunity to finally ask outright if you were in favor of exploring the PSPP/VBP or not and failed (intentionally chose not) to. Once again they’ll use that many of us ranked retirement improvement as a priority to justify their pursuit of a retirement plan very few of us seem interested in.

Survey results...
I plainly said to fire PM. Need new blood. His MOUs didn’t do us much good in HKG. But at least with the schedule changes the Memphis crews don’t have to risk being quarantined in a substandard un air conditioned no drinkable water Chinese guest house with 5 other strangers. (It is just now the HKG domiciled pilots that go home that have that risk...). Glad the MEC SAID ITS UNACCEPTABLE. (But I guess we are accepting it)

I was hoping for a direct question about the variable plan. It wasn’t there. You could totally skew this to show approval of the variable plan. See, they want A fund retirement improvement (by whichever means), inflation protection, etc.. they definitely want the variable plan!
That’s been they’re stance every time they’ve been questioned about it for the past 18-24 months. How hard is one simple question? Extremely hard when they don’t want the answer so they avoid it completely.
