So, is it worth all of your 200% extensions and all the $$$$$$ of being an ANC MD FO? Kind of hard to feel sorry for someone who does it to themselves.

The ‘test & hold’ is generally 2-4 HR, although it’s getting better, with it having been closer to 2 HR than 4 HR this past week.
One of our guys got through in 1:07 a few days ago; a mate got through in 1:30 last night. I’ll be doing it 0630 tomorrow, and will post my time here.
Top tip: visit the bathroom & take a bottle of water before you disembark the jet

It’s normally about 1+45 give or take 30 minutes. I did wait 4 hours a few weeks ago as they contaminated a whole batch so about 10 of us had a 4 hour wait. They do offer a sandwich and a bottle of water, WiFi and some Cathay crews carry a pad to lay on, true freight dawgs LOL.

Have you been dealing with the mess in HKG? I won't touch it at straight time. YMMV since you don't live in base. So yes, it's worth it in my case. Just passing along new info. Our wait was 2 hours, and it won't matter anyway since layovers are stopping.
