Default Probation Evaluation Form

Where has the company moved the PEP forms? I click on the PEP link on my trip pairing to make a write up and I get the following message:

Selected VIPS option not availableThe option you selected is not available to you at this time. If you feel this is incorrect, please contact your manager.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.

I have done a word search in VIPS and still can't find it.

Thanks, but that doesn't answer the question, unless they're not available anymore. And if they're not available anymore, why do they have the PEP link after each leg?

You could contact your manager to get your answer, as the message said?

It’s in VIPs under CrewNav. Click on PEP and a list of names will display for anyone you’ve flown with who is on probation and there’s an ‘available’ tab displayed in green that you click on to submit an evaluation for the individual.

Thanks, I guess CrewNav is completely separated from VIPS, otherwise you'd think a link would show up when you do a word search

Yikes so you are getting formal writeups from whoever you fly with your whole probation period?

yep, they get reviewed by your fleet captain at your probationary evaluation at the 1 year mark.
