Unless FedEx thinks the Pancake Plan is more expensive than other options to improve or retirement, it will be in a TA.
BINGO. During the last computer Q&A, they mentioned they have all kinds of advisors including financial advisors on retainer during contract negotiations. Someone asked a question specifically which financial advisors were on retainer and the question was not answered -- they tip toed around it.

And you are correct, which ever plan is cheapest and least liability will be in the TA.

Hold on now. The mantra from many naysayers was the PSPP was cheaper. It was junk and the company would laugh if we agreed to it.

It sounds like many are realizing this isn't the case. I have been told its actually more expensive in the short term (10 years). This is due to front end funding of the stabilization feature and the floor funding.

Funny how certain people have constantly moved the reasoning why they are appossed. It changes weekly.

So if the company wants to deal with our current plan did we get the wool pulled over our eyes and fall back into the cheaper plan for the company?

Find one post where somebody said that! That’s not the complaint with the plan…. Who’s twisting the truth?

This thread is about the recall of all three council 22 members.

There are plenty of other threads to talk about tiny pancakes, waffles and PSPP, etc.

The reason for this recall is they are not listening to the unwashed masses.

Do you really want people at the table who refuse to listen to your input?

YES or NO.

It is really that simple.

Judging by the traffic on this post maybe you should just run for office next time and if people support you then maybe you'll win.... Other than that we need to just support those that we voted for.

They did and didn't have the support. And this is the result, trying to make those that did hold the positions they sought face this BS rather than trying to manage our pilot groups affairs.
Elections have consequences. Some just aren't happy with the results so they feel the need to disrupt rather than unify.
