Is This The Normal Way?
 

I love to shop online, so I purchased something from India the other day. The tracking information says:

9/29 - left Jaipur
9/29 - arrived New Delhi
9/30 - left New Delhi
10/1 - arrived Dubai
10/1 - left Dubai
10/2 - arrived Sennan-shi (which I understand to be somewhere in Japan)
?? - Elma, WA
?? - vagabond's home

This package seems to be zig zagging its way all over the place! :)

From there it is likely going to continue through OAK, IND, or MEM. Also possible that it goes to ANC and then down. Lots of options.

Actually the route your package isn't zig zagging as it is following one of FedEx's shipping lanes. Sennan-shi is Osaka, Japan one of FedEx's hubs. Your package will most likely go on to ANC, MEM or IND. Then back to you in WA. However, i would have figured that your package would have stayed on FedEx 7 and continue Dubai, Milan, Memphis all on 10/1 and then to your home on the 2nd. (that is of course you have overnight delivery)

10/3 - arrived in MEM
10/3 - international package release
10/4 - left MEM
10/4 - arrived in Olympia and put into a vehicle
10/4 - arrived at my little beach town post office

Five days from Jaipur to me.

You guys rock!

Bought more stuff and looks like this one is going the other way!

Well, the package arrived in Memphis, but this is what happened right after. It left for Charles de Gaulle, then Indianapolis, then back to Memphis! And now it's made it to Seattle. Only 3 hours away from here!
