Has anyone ever said they supported concessions? So what exactly are we cheering for? Maybe we should try starting with #Iflymyline. We cant even get the majority to do that. Maybe that would be a good start, otherwise we will be in negotiations for another 3 years.
Talk about cart ahead of the horse.
Ok lets talk details of the approach. Hey Captain obvious, we haven’t even pushed back for departure.

Pancakes are concessions because they think they can't improve the A plan.
So yes, they are negotiating concessions into the retirement plan.
If you don't believe me, ask any financial planner which retirement is worth more, the A plan or the pancakes.
No pancakes for me.

There is. Click on the troll’s user name, then on the 3 dots in the upper right corner. “Ignore/block”. Then all you have to worry about is people quoting his idiotic posts.

Yes. Some very vocal people on here and JetFlyers continue to support C2015, pointing to some of the positive changes but use mental gymnastics to ignore all what was given up.
New hires I've flown with are shocked at some of our work rules. Those on reserve are extremely unhappy and beat up. They like that they're no longer in the military or flying passengers, but they admit there's devils in the details at FedEx.
They want Quality of Life which is a trend we're seeing nationally with record job resignations and the urge to find balance between work and life. They didn't join FedEx to be locked into a schedule where they're unable to drop for a wedding, birthday, other family event. Nor did they join FedEx to have the company be late every freaking night .... constant revisions and extensions. We've been going full throttle for two years now with no relent. Worse, we have management going to new lows violating the contract.
You mocked me when I mentioned this before, said something to the effect that people were happy with their revisions and extensions because of the paycheck. I think your eyes are closed.
FedEx has hired a significant amount of new hires since C2015. FedEx is now a younger crew force, not the older force it once was. Any TA which does not meet the younger crew force's wants or needs will be tough to pass.
I have a lot of hope going into this TA.
