W2s?

When do our W2s usually show up? It's a yearly race to beat my ex-wife to E-file, Fred isn't helping my cause...

They should be available in ADP near the end of this month.

They are available now on ADP

You don't need a W2. Former FedEx pilot gets 51 months for dodging $900,000 in taxes (expressnews.com)

Everyone needs to knock it off with the TMI about paychecks. We are in negotiations.

Because the company doesn’t know what our W-2s say?

Nope.

Billboards and picket lines aren't gonna get much support from the public or customers who think we all make $90,000/month.

Also, if we end up in mediation, the company may use this stuff as evidence of our "true" mindset and expectations.

Please give me any scenario in which these types of social media stunts are good for FDX pilots or even pilots writ large.

We always have been our own worst enemies. Get an awesome contract and bring the rest up with you. Kill some greenbacks Purple.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but don’t hold your breath. We have many in our pilot group who are completely happy with the current contract. They prove it daily with their behavior. They willingly do large amounts of extra for the current pay, work rules and retirement. Draft was filled no problem except for a short Covid period last month when hundreds of pilots went out. If I was the company I would drag this out 3 years plus.
