Notice that the UA pay rate was effective on 1/1/2019. That rate was $38/hr higher than FedEx and about $36/hour higher than UPS for the same date. We should ask ourselves what our rate should be based on that rate and a 3% or higher yearly pay increase from 1/1/2019.

A 5 year deal would have placed us into negotiation just prior to COVID hitting. Then it would have come to a halt, just as it did at every other airline.

Zero chance this goes longer than 7.5 years.

UPS currently tops out at $351.16 (bumps to $361.69 in September) for captains. $249 for FOs currently with a bump to $256 in September.

We at Brown would appreciate it if you pushed that bar up substantially more. Good luck!
