Apparently there’s an interview prep company that has told its customers in the FedEx pool to plan on joining other airlines instead as they’re projecting NH classes at FedEx to pretty much stop for most of 2023.

A buddy of mine in the UPS pool was told by HR it is gonna be a while for him to start class. Apparently 34 MD's going to the desert after peak. If that is true, it's gonna be a pretty rough year.

Dood what? UPS is parking 34 MDs after peak? We (FDX) are parking 4 MDs after peak.

You serious, Clark? They only have 42…you saying they’re sending 80% of their MD fleet to the desert in the next two months? I think you need to put down the bottle and stay off the pilot wives facebook page for a while.

This rumor is pretty uninformed. Only 20 something of UPS MDs (42 total) have the Pratts that need replacing and maybe up to 5 will time out in 2023 IF they fly them at a full schedule.

For what it's worth, the post you're referring to was not by the owner of the company. It was an anonymous post in the group. The OP wouldn't even reveal his identity.
