Yeah. We have probably lost a lot of folks already and just don't know it yet.

Industry leading contract - how can we achieve that from where we are with QOL concessions TA'd so far, and no improvement to Scope? Everything has changed in the last 18 months. Without improving Scope, the rest of the CBA doesn't matter in the same way.

And yeah, it's on us line pilots for not polling intelligently after listening to FDX ALPA say (paraphrasing): "our Section 1 is as good as it gets and cannot really be improved because language in that section is meaningless and full of holes regardless of what we do". I do feel like a moron for listening to FDX ALPA. Meanwhile our UPS brothers and sisters have steadily continued to tighten their language on Scope.

DL voted their contract down in 16, management grossly miss calculated the new pilots coming in. Im confident it will happen here, if we don’t like it, it will be booted.

Yeah, our demographics have changed significantly. It is a reason for optimism this time around. And everyone on property today knows exactly to what extent the company will seek and exploit holes in the CBA's language.

I hope you are right. I have just lost a bit of hope in our group being able to Vote NO on a concessionary TA, after the last three negotiation cycles.

Wouldn't this have been better if it was in the Wall Street Journal?

Yes......but then ALPA wouldn't have been able to afford the free pizza.

Why? I'd imagine our upcoming presence physically ON Wall St. again will have more of an impact. See you there.

Last time we picketed wallstreet, it didn't make the news. Hopefully this time it does. I know a lot more people coming this time. See you on April 5.
