From an insider I know - Unlike 2008, our company did not even respect its senior mgt enough to offer buyouts. Instead it was an email to go to the bosses office at 9am. There they were notified that they were terminated. ID’s were taken away. Security then escorted them to clean out their desks and then out of the bldg. Leaders were not even allowed to say goodbye to their teams. They were given severance payouts. I’m sure those were “generous”.
