as of yesterday, FedEx Execs are prohibited to buy/sell FedEx stock due to pending announcement . SEC insider trade rules. Anyone have any details what is going on?

this usually happens prior to a merger or major purchase. Kind of hard to believe since FedEx is trying to save money . Recapitalization is not spending, it is investing in future profits. Raj, who is getting pulled around by his nose by the investors, does not realize that at all. If anything, the announcement is major layoffs due to redundant manning in the restructuring of FedEx

Sounds like something our new cfo would do, I can believe it…. Good thing that TA got flushed …. Along with PMs post retirement management deal with the company…

So our current scope clause allows unlimited wet leases domestically? Not sure this is even allowed.

Yes - but only for clapped-out hangar-queen MD-11s operated by companies on the brink of financial collapse.

Yes which is exactly why the company needed more wet lease flexibility in the latest TA.
