Happy 4th of July Eve

Airline Pilot Central Patriots,

As we prepare to celebrate our great nation’s birthday I’d like to take the time to thank the FedEx fan group,l, Despicable Management Trolls and Hate Filled FedEx Pilots that make coming to work such a chore. Your endless revisions and continual validation of the utterly anti-labor company we call home makes me want to vomit up my hot dog. 🌭

We also celebrate this month the 2nd anniversary of our failed TA. Thanks PM and PD for making that a reality and allowing this labor group to steam towards 4 years without a deal that has yet to even approach the TA success that our peers have achieved (while barely making profits - lest we forget FedSux is making quarterly Billion dollar profits) where they have far surpassed our 2015 wages, scope and work rules. We continue to wallow in SUCK.

So take a moment this holiday season, when the union and company sink praise into all we do, and remember the thousands of dollars in lost wages and dues paid to get us absolutely NOWHERE. We have succeeded in the race to LAST place. IF you feel the need to show generosity to the company this holiday, or say any day, I hope you wallow in your stupidity. I know that you can justify it with the boat payment, the beach house balcony improvements or that Porsche that’s going to go up in price due to tariffs. Knock yourself out. Literally.

Happy 4th.

Maybe management will send out another unifying negotiation update. Every time they do it seems to rally us together.

Happy 4th! ALL IN.

This has got to be the most bizarre place of employment for a pilot in the entire industry.

I agree with you there. The top end of our list has some interesting characters.

This is my third airline and third negotiation. This, by far, has been the worst.

I shake my head everyday. I got a professional development briefing on how to improve my Relief Pilot Skills. Unbelievable. I just sat there and took it. It’s easier that way.

WARNING! DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPANY AS A CAREER. ITS A TRAP!

4 F-ING YEARS!!!! It’s absurd. And the games they play. The operation is melting down today with cancellations and inability to staff regular schedules. Why? Because MANAGEMENT (you know who you are PD) has created a complete house of cards to artificially drive line guarantees to 60 hours and less while maximizing reserve utilization. Now, this is great when the winds of change are tariffs and the loss of the postal contract BUT that’s not how a growth business operates and it comes back to bite you as you can’t staff revenue flights. F-THEM. Good luck. I hope they sweat when they have to explain how theirs plan of pain and submission to the greedy pilots has backfired.

In the words of Kamel-toe, “Do not cum. Do not cum”

Seriously, we need to rent a booth next to the FedEx booth at WIA/OBAP/etc whenever hell freezes over and they decide to start hiring again. Let people know Purple Promise is a joke, all you’ll get here is a Purple Nurple and industry lagging pay. Gotta show them that the hot chick that we all thought FedEx was is just a fattie with spankx holding in 100lbs of cottage cheese cellulite.
