TA26 Poll
Does it pass? By how much? Does it fail? Let's vote !!!
|
Unfortunately the negotiating fatigue is real and these weak work rules will continue to be trash. Just disguised by higher pay.
The old timers will finally get a pension raise that should have been negotiated in the previous 2 contracts (but they didn't). More outsourcing, weaker scope, lousy rules, and more lugging the coffee thermos both ways. I'm voting no, and I'm no longer wrapping diapers. |
It’s a decent TA. Only problem I see is giving up a solid old school pension, scope, and furlough protection for almost industry average pay. No improvements in work rules, reserve, holidays, pass over pay, bidding, or training timelines.
Aside from that it’s pretty damn good! |
Something Different
Retired Abx here taking a different prediction approach. (Note- I did not participate in poll voting). Instead of a pass% range, I'm predicting 4 possible specific TA pass percentages: Will pass by either 72.7%,75.7%,76.7%, or 77.7%. Those numbers have a nice ring to it, corresponding with many pilots' favorite aircraft.
Addendum- I just noticed this was my 380th post. Hopefully a good omen. |
