The TA did not help with retirements, but hiring should continue as forecast. We should see it pick up significantly after Peak. IMO. Good luck mate.

Do you have a link where I don't have to joint ft.com to read it?

Seeing as that hiring is taking place into all FO seats, which airplane would offer the best QOL the quickest? Stupid question, as it's probably the 757 but I could be guessing wrong...

That can be tough to answer accurately as there are so many variables in one's personal/family life, etc...

IMO, if you actually live in Memphis, going to a WB ASAP would be the best deal. If you are a commuter, I would suspect the 757 will continue to be the fastest track to getting off reserve - meaning no crash pad and having more scheduling flexibility, better QOL, although harder flying overall.

Good luck!

Got an invite to interview in early December. Four dates available in the first and second week.

Still kind of stunned I actually got called. Time to hit the prep....

Right on!

Remember that if they've called you, it's because they want to hire you. Unlike at other carriers, you're not competing with other interviewees for a couple of slots. You and your interview group are there so they can meet their next group of new hires. Interview prep is absolutely worth it.
