Question about Pilot Credentials in general and FedEx specifically (I tried a few different forum search keywords with no luck...apologies if this is out there and I couldn't find it):
Where/how are professional development-type training and education items listed? Things like AF Safety school, professional military education like SOS, formal flight training upgrades, etc? Airline Apps makes it obvious, Pilot Credentials not so much. Thanks in advance for the help!

I just interviewed a few weeks ago. Direct quote from Amy was to make sure your friends are updating every week or so(min every 30 days) and to make sure they have currency in flying (at least 100 hours in the last year). These two items help push your application through the computer algorithm to get to human eyes.

She also talked about the computer algorithm spits out 300 application or so that meet whatever criteria she puts in. Then those 300 are looked at one by one by a review board to determine who they call in for an interview.

You take the tests on day one of the interview at Memphis. If you make it through the tests they invite you back for day two which is the 2 on 1 panel interview and scenario based interview.
