It isn't that it "creates errors", but that the way hours and aircraft types are tallied on the global site is different compared to how each of the airlines does it on the AA, SWA, and FX sites.
So I found that sometimes the information got a little jumbled in the porting between global and the individual airlines. Nothing serious, but the aircraft type names might get changed or dropped off, or some other little nuisance thing. Eventually I just stopped updating the global site and re-porting the data, and instead individually updating the info on the individual sites. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't bother with the global site. The global function for PilotCredentials is not worth your time and money. I individually updated each too every month, and it was like a part time job. But I knew my data was correct. |

"2". Exactly what I experienced. The global portion of PilotCredentials is not good. I called them to get my refund, which they gave me. I found different transfer errors all over my FDX, SWA, & AAL apps. Ridiculous when you absolutely need everything perfect. The data sync feature worked a little differently (and correctly) over at the other website for DAL & UAL.

Growth, seniority
Say I got hired at FDX in about 2 years, just shy of 40 years old. What do you guys on property think my options for advancement in the company would be like over that time period? Would I be missing out on a lot of options and retire very junior in the company or would I be doing just fine?

You’ll be just fine. NB CA if you want “potentially” by 45, WB CA if you want “potentially” before 50, WB FO “potentiality” out of indoc, “definitely” within 2 years and 23 years (should you choose to go to 65) at the company gives you way more than I’ll ever have. I used those quotation marks because that info is based on today. In this business, everything could change tomorrow. But all in all, you’ll be perfectly fine. Can’t talk to the other airlines progressions because I don’t work there, but I haven’t heard of any with significantly better upgrade or seniority projections. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Retirements are only picking up from here- so I’d say the outlook is good for progression over your career. |
Thanks for the info I appreciate it.

Second chance
Awhile back I thought I read somewhere that people are getting a second chance at the interview. I unfortunately didn’t make it past day 1 and am wondering if the second chance folks made it to day 2 the first time or are like me and didn’t. Also, have there been anymore second attempters than the few mentioned a few months back?
Thanks! |

LORs
Is there a specific number of Letter of Recommendations (LORs) FedEx likes to see in Pilot Credentials before they review a profile?
