"We"? You aren't a part of this. Its been proven you are nothing but a troll. Nice try though.

What's the average time spent with the mediator? Hasn't UPS been in mediation longer?

I'm of just the opposite thought. If our most up front representatives (delivery folks) go to our customers homes wearing shorts and polo shirts, then why the "H" do I have to wear a suit and tie? I'm outside in all weather, around a dirty, dripping aircraft, rarely seen by anyone outside my company, why not cargo pants/dockers and a polo shirt for us?

Love this idea! Khaki pants and polo shirt! Even with a nice logo and embroidered with name and aircraft type!

Pass. Hell, while we're at it, why not jeans and a wife beater?

Khaki pants would get dirty too easily.

I suggest navy blue dockers, made from cotton, which is a better material during a fire.

Polo shirt should be 100% cotton also.

Of course, we must have stripes on the polo shirt!

I'd just like to get rid of the tie. Wearing a tie at 3am on the ramp is about the dumbest policy around.

Maybe instead of wearing hats to show unity for a contract why don't we go tieless. Think this pilot group would have the ba!!s?

I've always wondered why you and other cargo operators don't wear flight suits. They're fire retardant and you can spill dinner on them. Much better suited to freight ops I think.

I'm so confused, however, that might be my normal state of mind.
