Sounds like the negotiating committee/ MEC are either going to have to agree with items they do not like or say no and go to the next step. I am ready are you?
Will you support the MEC and negotiating committee if we have to move on?

Kind of a moot point in that there really isn't an alternative. If that sounds like lukewarm support of the MEC, it isn't. But at this stage of the game, the vote on whose side members are on is over. Bets are placed and the game is on. The only real outcome is an eventual TA that we can all vote on. We've waited a long time. Both sides know the stakes of stretching this out. If I actually could pick sides at this point, I think my team is in the best position and getting better each week. It would make no sense to switch teams now.

Is there a part of "give them a chance" that makes you think I am not a Teamplayer?

I am on record as saying 2017 at the earliest. Of course that was before they gooned up the hiring. We pay 2% to let someone else worry about how close we are or aren't. I'll wait patiently for them to tell me one way or the other.

Before we sign a deal, we need to make sure there is at least a 3%, maybe 4% pay raise each year past the amendable date. I am tired of the company paying a signing bonus that is a pittance of what I am owed in retro pay. That might also make the company less likely to drag it out so long, if they are forced to give annual pay bumps during the company extended drag out process.
